NYCRAA (New York Capital Region Apartment Association) is committed to bringing value to landlords and property managers in and around the Capital Region. Bringing quality speakers and services to light and providing forums for you to interact with other property managers assures that you will grow in knowledge, understanding and the skills to grow you business.

Who are we?

A trade organization that has served the multi-housing industry since 1984;  An affiliate of the National Apartment Association located in the Capital Region, NY;  And made up of:

  • Owners and managers of over 6,000 family units including apartments, townhouses, and single-family rental homes.
  • More than 60 supplier companies and business partners that provide products and services to the owners and management companies.

 

Legislation

  • We keep an eye on proposed local and state legislation.
  • Represent our industry in government.
  • Inform you of changes that will affect your business.
  • The NAA government affairs staff represents us in Washington, DC.
  • We raise money locally for the NAA Political Action Committee (PAC), supporting the legislative leaders who campaign the concerns of the multi-housing industry.
  • Participate in the annual Capital Conference in Washington, DC, where over 400 industry professionals descend on Capital Hill to discuss apartment industry views.
