NAA Designation Programs
AAGW, in conjunction with the National Apartment Association (NAA), offers nationally recognized designation programs. These programs are designed to help raise the individual’s professionalism in property management as well as to provide better services to apartment residents and apartment owners/managers.
The on-site manager is vital link between apartment residents and the community owners and investors. That’s why more and more apartment owners and investors are asking specifically for NAA-designated CAMS to fill their staffing needs. Classes may be taken as stand-alone seminars or as a complete course to earn the industry designation.
