Speaker Jesse Holland, President and Founder of Sunrise Management and Consulting will be speaking on the state of the multi-family apartment industry. Sunrise Management conducts bi-annual surveys of multi family rental markets in the area and provides up to date data from unit mix, rental rates to historical trends. Jesse is the creator of the Property Coach Program for maximizing your real estate investment, creator of the Property Gauge and serves as the President for the NY Capital Region Chapter 93 IREM Association.
