A weekend Rental Consultant is needed for our Dutch Village Apartment Community in Menands. The hours are every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 11:00am to 4pm. Additional hours during the week may be possible. We are looking for energetic and customer service oriented candidates. The primary responsibility is renting apartment homes. Other administrative responsibilities include resident service satisfaction, office duties, filing and preparing leases. Sales or customer service experience and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office are required. Competitive salary plus incentive.
