Unify Upstate Landlords,” is in response to New York State Senate Bill S6458, also known as the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019, signed into law by Governor Cuomo on June 14. A bill that is drastically impacting the real estate industry in Upstate New York and forever changing the way landlords operate and manage their rental properties.
