LIHTC and HUD Connections
LIVE WEBINAR – Jan. 29, 2-3:30 pm EST
Are you getting involved with LIHTC management and wondering if your HUD experience will have any bearing? Take heart: Many aspects of LIHTC management, like income-qualifying applicants and tenants, borrow directly from HUD Section 8 guidelines.
Join NCHM’s Director of LIHTC Compliance Jo Ikelheimer as she highlights the areas where the two programs are in harmony.
What you’ll learn:
• The overall similarities between LIHTC and HUD programs
• Which parts of HUD Handbook 4350.3 apply to LIHTC
• How to document tenant files between the two programs using the same methodology
Next month learn about the Disconnections
OK, so moving between HUD and LIHTC is not entirely without its challenges. In February’s live webinar, Jo will explore the specific management functions that don’t connect between the two different programs—a perfect complement to the Connections webinar. Register today by clicking below.
